Download AZARDI 43.1

AZARDI 43.1 is fully cross platform compatible. Download it for Linux, Mac or Windows.

The AZARDI version number is maintained in syncronization with Firefox release version numbers.
This release is AZARDI 43.1. AZARDI is now available in: Chinese (simplified), English, German, Hindi, Italian, Malay, Nepali, Polish, Russian and Spanish.

*MAC Users: If you get the below message:

"AZARDI" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

You must follow the below steps:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Security & privacy > "General" tab > Under header "Allow apps downloaded from:" choose the radio button next to "Anywhere"
  2. Now launch the application again, a dialog box will pops up again with the below message:  "AZARDI" is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?
  3. Now click on "Open". Once the application is launched, you can then revert the settings back to default.

**LINUX Users: Facing the below installation problem with AZARDI on Ubuntu 14.04, please go through the below details:

Dependency is not satisfiable: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg(>=0.10)

Reason: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg is not supported on Ubuntu 14.04 at this time. See this page (http://www.webupd8.org/2014/03/get-firefox-and-phonon-gstreamer-to.html) for details and workarounds.

You must follow the below steps, before installing the AZARDI application:

  1. sudo apt-add-repository ppa:mc3man/trusty-media
  2. sudo apt-get update
  3. sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

You can now install the AZARDI package, once the above steps are successfully executed.

** LINUX USERS. After un-installing the AZARDI application, please delete the directory named "azardi" in the following location.

/Home/$USER$/

        (CTRL+H)
